As a sports therapist I have been involved in some of the world biggest sporting events such as Olympic Games and World championship events. I have trained and treated many top international athletes on their way to sporting glory. Aside from sport I have been part of some amazing challenges including training teams to climb Everest and Explorores attempting to reach the North and South poles.


It's this experience and knowledge that I am able to pass on to others through podcasts and educational talks. Bringing a functional thinking to sport, business and everyday life enables people to become more effective with their time and a better mindset to sport, health and their future.
